"What I like most in this hotel are the staff, specifically Armen and Irakly. They are very accommodating and easy to approach. They help you all through out the stay. They will assist you whenever you need assistance. I booked for included breakfast, the variation of food is not so much but they will make sure that you will be satisfied of their service and food. I appreciate our Baba George who pick us up from Airport and serve as our tour guide. One phone call away and soon he will be on time...

"Great location, really nice room. Primarily a theatre rather than a hotel so not the usual service in terms of being able to approach a front desk for help/advice/room to be cleaned etc. The room itself was excellent. But probably wouldn't recommend for travellers from the EU/UK given current restrictions on us using Yandex etc, not being able to have hotel assistance booking taxi's etc had a big impact on our experience of Georgia."

"This property is in the "suburbs". If you are a person coming in from North America, the location may seem as if it is in the hood. But it is reasonably safe. The bus number 337 which costs about 3 GEL has a stop on a road parallel that to the hotel. I would strongly suggest completely ignoring the village idiots at the airport (Taxi touts) and walk right to the green bus stationed outside the terminal building. Hotel has lots of clean towels. They include soap. Not sure where the water comes...

"Check in was quick n smooth, there were language issues. Room 208 looked like someone punched through the door. 207 smelled of toilet and the sheets caught the smell of although they looked clean. Flush was not strong enough which maybe the reason. Lots of fittings in the room were broken including the door. Cupboard had one hanger and half of the cupboard was broken and did not open. They gave only one towel set for a double occupancy but it was hard to communicate as no one spoke English so...

"Arrived at the hotel to find the room we booked wasnt available, we wore taken to our downgraded room. The room was terrible, hair on the floor from god knows who and the room smelt extremely bad especially in the bathroom. The matress was as hard as rocks and tiny. We decided to leave and checkout the next morning to move hotels... we wornt even asked on checking out early for a reason as if the staff knew the hotel was a shambles. We didnt even bother to ask for a refund and we just left....
