"I really enjoyed my stay here. The only issue I encountered was front desk not being able to remagnetize my keycard to my room which was an inconvenience. I was told that the keycards were locked in a safe somewhere and only accessible by management. In my opinion, that was the most ludicrous thing I’ve ever heard. I’ve stayed at many hotels across the world and never had I heard such an excuse. One last complaint… The breakfast buffet was disgusting and clearly ownership is trying to cut...

"We had a wonderful stay at Mansion Buenavista in El Nido, where the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. "The property is located right next to a busy wet market and above a busy store. It is very crowded to enter the property diring certain times of the day. Once inside you're not aware of whats going on outside. Corong corong beach is right behind the property. It is not a swimming beach. It's basically a boat anchoage. You cannot sun bathe or swim. The property is about a 15 minute walk from El Nido town center. You can take a tricycle, but beware they jack up the rates SIGNIFICANTLY for...

"It was indeed a great stay! All the staff are very friendly and so accommodating. Special mention to Ate Joy and the other front desk Ate (I can't remember her name) Kuya (the night shift duty all around the staff. They were all helpful in assisting me to use the facility for working at night in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying at Novies but this time with my family.
