The evening staff was quite helpful but the morning staff looked as though they had just got out of bed , so scruffy and looked like they had slept in their clothes. "Vraiment un accueil désagrable! Le responsable de l'hotel avait perdu ma réservation (car les mails d'hotel.com allaient dans ses indésirabes... belle gestion...). M'ont laissé 30 min pour arriver alors que j'avais réservé des 16h30, le soir où les eurockéennes venaient d'annuler et où on ne trouvait pas de taxi. Sous peine de ne pas m'ouvrir...
