They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities."

The buffet is fine. But they are very reluctant to provide room service. Hence if you have difficulty in walking or on wheel chair or with small babies avoid this place. "Das Resort ist wundervoll! Die Aussicht auf den Chembra Peak, der Garten bzw das Resort-Gelände, das Essen und vor allem das unglaublich tolle Personal machten meinen Aufenthalt besonders! Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett!
