"Hotel has no elevator, steps are high, no accessible room. I didn't stay there. I have to leave the hotel because my wife need accessible room and they dobt have a single room which ir accessible for a person with difficulty in mobility. I have arrived around 8:30 pm. I decided to leave immediately. Front desk manager said that if booking agent, expedia call them , they will return the money. Expedia states that they couldn't contact the hotel. I have contacted the hotel. They told that no one...

Although the dinner was difficult because there wasn't enough staff and the food was being served quite late, the breakfast was excellent. "I booked Deluxe king room online but I was given twin bed room without any concession . When I asked they said they don't have any other room available. It is not how it's shown in picture online. The floor, bed , AC was run down, sheets, towels had stains. It was terrible dusty overall. The room was unclean We would like to get refund or least some money back. The best part was location is safe and has a private beach, just cross the street, very peaceful and away from crowd.
