"Strong smoking odor at my room and the clerks refused to change the room despite my smoking-free note (twice) before check-in. very noise fan at my restroom and the microwave was broken. The knife in the kitchen was not well cleansed, oil remained left from the last victors."

"We had a fantastic stay at the mango. The rooms are so comfortable, clean and offered everything we needed. To wake in the morning to see dear wonderingly around the facility. The animals are in huge in closures, larger than our own here in Perth! Perfectly clean, And yet there is no noise! There is a lot of staff to attend to them. The only problem we had was with the language barrier... they definently need more staff like Johnathon who was a fantastic help to us..."
