"Friendly staff and fantastic communication to ensure we arrived with details of how to check-in etc. We have stayed at this hotel and left ok-good reviews, however, on this occassion we are sad to say we weren't impressed. It's a shame because it's in a perfect location, the building has great character and the staff are very approachable. "The giant bay windows facing out onto the 'prom' and the Irish Sea beyond was stunning. The moon came out for us at one point as well. Exquisite. However, the Hotel's bar and restaurant facilities were closed, which was disappointing. Luckily there were options just down the road at the Glengower. "

"Loved the hotel ambience, friendly/efficient staff and room was warm, well equipped and comfortable. Bathroom was very warm and great shower in minus temperatures.View from 1st floor front window was picturesque and the dining room and breakfast rooms spacious and comfortable. "When I arrived the signs through the front door was confusing. I just found my way through to the bar where I spoke to the lovely staff behind the bar. Staff were really nice. Was shown to my room. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels were clean. Carpet and bathroom floor was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. Tea and coffee was a welcome addition.
