"The apartment was very comfortable and was just what we needed for a 3 night stopover. We were able to walk to the plaza de España, for food and drinks. The historical sites around Mérida were absolutely worth a visit or two. The splendid Roman ruins were within easy walking distance of the apartment. All in all an excellent place to stay. "

"Pretty room, good online service, but check in process has room to improve. I suppose I would receive email with check in instruction before I arrive but I didn't receive it until early next morning. So I had to call them to get access code. Luckily for me, the main entrance was not shut when I arrived - I didn't know it's supposed to be closed at the time, so I could call in yhe lobby. Otherwise I had to call on the street in over 100F hot day without any shade. They responded my request to...

"We arrived at 7pm and the code would not unlock the door. We called the number provided and left a message. We also emailed for assistance but we didn’t get a response. We waited and called 3 times. We then left to find another place to stay. The lady called after 20 minutes but we had left by that time to find some where else to stay. She then sent very rude text messages to us - we do not recommend this place. "

"Location au 2ème étage, la montée et descente pas facile, les marches sont de différentes hauteurs, la soirée des deux voisins d’en face très très bruyants, musique, cris, paroles, avec des cris de satisfaction d’un des couples, enfin vers 3hoo du matin, accalmie, fenêtre fermée, heureusement elles sont étanches au bruit, mais ne laissent pas la fraîcheur de rentrer. Stationnement délicat."
