"This property is in a lovely, mostly quiet, residential area not far from restaurants and shops. (Some neighbors seemed to be gearing up for a party one night but all was quiet by 9:30 PM.) "Beautiful location between beside rivers with view of Mt Ruapehu (cloud permitting). Hosts were very welcoming and gave friendly advice about local walks. We did the Mangawhero Forest Walk which took around an hour along well maintained trails through stunning forest, recommended.
