They didn't change my bed sheets or pillow cases who knows for how long. I noticed that the stain on the sheet was still there, they just made the bed but didn't change the sheets. And I asked for another towel (my 2 towels were dirty and wet), they said I can only have 2 towels per day for 2 people...
