"My deluxe suite room, with spa bath, was just lovely. The view from the deck was of lovely trees, and you could see birds playing on the lawn. The whole room was spotless and furnishings were new and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only 2km to Kerikeri shops and the weekend market was in walking distance. Would recommend."

"The view & sounding beach area is fantastic. Beautiful spot to wake up to! Our room needed a really good vacuum, especially behind bed side tables etc. The outdoor furniture on our deck was really dirty as well as the tiles. Nothing that a water blast wouldn't fix. The shower curtain is well passed it's used by date. Only place for it is the bin. Daily room service doesn't include making beds, which we found strange. Overall, it's all very tired looking. "we had the unit just beside the office ,facing the road but it was not too noisy.Unit was old but clean enough.Kitchenette a bit small but manageable except for the position of the microwave.Needed to stand on a chair to reach it."
