"Lovely, historic building. Views from our room were bucolic and wonderful. The grounds were peaceful, pretty, and well maintained. On site restaurant fabulous! Beds, not so comfortable. Chose this hotel for all of the above and AC. The AC did not work which made sleeping in July a challenge for these Americans used to that amenity. "It's a 3-star hotel with many 4-star features. A bit out of the way if you want to tour Parma. Also, somewhere it says the hotel is attached to a shopping center. I am not sure where I read this, but it is not true. It is free-standing with no shopping center in sight. Overall, very comfortable, many modern features, and great value. Good breakfast, too."

"We were there for just one night. Easy parking underground the hotel but you have to go and ask the desk staff to open the gate. We had an amazing view of the countryside from our balcony so make sure you ask for that view. Host was very kind. The hotel is a little older and has basic amenities.
