We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. Keep in mind that there is jot Cellphone reception due to the Hotel location. you can pay for WiFi approximately $3 to 4 dollars for 6 hours only and you can only use Whatsapp for messaging and audio calls (not video calls)."

"Property was amazing, we stayed in the treehouse, which was wonderful to wake up to bird noises and monkeys and other wildlife running around. The only challenges they charge for everything and you have no choices. Costs included internet, transportation from the dock to the hotel eac way etc. staff was great all excursions were great with the exception of the night walk in the Amazon. Same walk during the day would’ve been more informative. Treehouse was amazing but be prepared for bare bones...

"The staff was great and the property was well kept. Our room was near the street which was very loud at different times of night. The WiFi in the room was very weak, could not stream a movie on the television. Matcha the hotel dog is a great companion, very friendly and happy. Overall good experience."
