"This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . "The property itself is well located in a quiet strip, and close enough to the center. The manager was nice and offered to upgrade my room for extra 400vnd but I refused due to the weather and there was no view anyway. The room I got was big and comfortable, and clean. The aircon didn’t work but I don’t need it. There were broken pots outside of my room and unfortunately, the landslide on the front of the property scared me so I couldn’t sleep. The pool was also closed due to the landslide....
