"The room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The facilities in general up to high standards. The breakfast too was ok. Nothing exceptional, but ok, very limited choices for gluten-intolerant customers. Initial check-in etc communication was fine. I have booked this stay for myself and my husband for our wedding anniversary and included a massage for each of us. On the day of the massage, I went to the reception to ask where the massage was held. The lady didn’t mention the location but...

Es gibt keinen Tresor im Zimmer. Nach der Reinigung waren die BT-Ohrhörer verschwunden. Aber das war wohl auch unsere eigene Leichtsinnigkeit. Das passiert in jedem Hotel auf der Welt. Gelegenheit macht Diebe."

"Bardzo ciekawe miejsce, w samym centrum Szklarskiej, jednakże panuje tu cisza i spokój, słychać jedynie szum pobliskiego strumyka. Duży parking do dyspozycji. Pokoje raczej małe (a przynajmniej nasz taki był, ale dla nas wysarczył, jako że wracalismy głownie na noclegi, reszta dnia w górach), brak ręczników w pkoju trochę nas zdziwił - zwłaszcza że dostępny jest zestaw kosmetyków (może sprzątaczka zapomniała zostawić). Poza tym wszystko super, a zwłaszcza PRZEPYSZNE urozmaicone śniadania!!!!!...
