"The room was very nice and the layout was perfect for us. The breakfast was good - less choices than other places but tasted good. We had problems checking in. We called the hotel to ask a question before arriving and it took 4 calls to get someone to answer - once on hold for over 6 minutes. When we arrived there was no one at the desk and an employee sitting in the couch said she didn’t know where she was. When we got ready for bed and pulled out the sleeper sofa it was very dirty and filled...

"We are local, and had family in from out of state, so we booked a room as well. We had no idea the location was so close to our venue and shopping was available right acroos the parking lot! Although we did not take advantage of the shopping, as we already shop at Fallen Timbers, our family did and they were happy l!!"

" Both toilets had issues. One was leaking so bad we couldn't use it and the other one the clip/chain kept coming undone and we had to fix it after every flush. Other then that a wonderful suite."

"This hotel is nice, clean, but the free amenities were scarce. Gone are the days of little shampoos, lotions, or makeup wipes. There were complimentary bottles of water in the room, only for Diamond or higher members. Otherwise $3 each, there was a water refill station which was nice. The area is awesome, comedy club, barcade, movie theater, shops, good restaurants. "
