"Fairly decent cabin, comfortable beds, good facilities . Downside was the second bedroom with bunks was extremely dusty, which caused a major hayfever attack for my son. This in turn absolutely ruined the next day and his experience during the skydive, which was the reason we were there. Very disappointing 😔"

"We only needed a one night stop and perfect for that with comfy bed. Garden area needed a gd tidy up and luckily there was someone there who rang to get us checked in as office unmanned on a Monday. Older style and dated but was perfect for our requirements "

"Excellent location to explore the beach, shops, and dining options, everything was very walkable. The location of the hotel is excellent. We had a queen room, #7 with ocean view and enjoyed the lovely sunrise over the ocean from our balcony. The hotel was older than we expected however, the rooms were very clean, the bedding was good and the beds were comfortable! The view from the small deck was a full oceanfront view. "A delightful stay at a charming and vibrant hotel. The team were super friendly and easy going. We were offered a dinner promotion on arrival for the onsite hotel. We are very glad we took up the offer and made the booking. The food outstanding. All the little details were thought of inside the room. Huge fan of the all the sustainable touches. Overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We look forward to returning soon to continue to explore the Great Ocean Road region. "

"Booked this place for the spa and it did not work. There also was not even enough hot water to fill it, so instead of a hot spa, I could only manage a luke warm bath. Very disappointed. "
