"Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Jonny. The second room was a twin but the view was awful - literally a couple of yards away from a block of flats that made it dark. Our room was cleaned as well as it should be with hair from previous guests in the bathroom that never got cleaned away even during our stay. The rooms were a bit small and basic - reminded me of my children's uni accommodations. However, we would consider staying there again"

"Firstly, staff here are fantastic! So helpful and nothing is any bother. The hotel itself is nice, there's a decent size car park and it's easy to find. The food and the Guinness is pretty good too. My 3 grumbles: my £125 room was pretty small, the bed wasn't very comfortable and the shower was woeful. I'd stay again if in the area but wouldn't look forward to it."
