Mary was very attentive and helped us checking in and taking care of all our requests. "The hotel was very clean and comfortable the door codes are a good idea but can be a bit tricky when you are loaded down with luggage. It is the first hotel we have stayed at with no reception or any evidence of someone being there in case of emergency but it seems to work ok. DIY breakfast was also new to us but once we had found the kitchen which was spotless everything fell into place.
