"This is a hostel bluffing that it is a hotel. For the money that we paid things should have been much better quality all around. And they can get away with this because of the situation they are in due to the indoor football field they have for youth cups. That's why my family and I booked a room in this small, boring town to begin with. And the only reason. So there is not much to choose from, plus most people will never be coming back there. So they can just pretend they are a nice hotel...

No front staff at reception in the mornings, so if you need a receipt of stay you have to get it the night before. No evening meals either. "An old Manor House converted to hotel with only 7 rooms. Lovely setting on the country side and with a nice little terrace towards the afternoon and evening sun. Nice large room but with a very tight bathroom. Beautiful dining room where the owners serve an excellent dinner and with nice wine pairings. In the morning we enjoyed a sumptuous and healthy breakfast. Lovely stay and we can highly recommend. "
