"Front lobby was really loud at check in because they have a bar 10 feet from the front desk. It was hard to hear the FD worker tell me about the amenities. Also, i happen to stay the week they were testing the fire alarms which was pretty obnoxious. I called FD asking for an extra blanket on my second night and it never arrived. The room itself was great, though. "

"Nice place, very well done with the lodge. Some of the staff, but not all of them at the lodge were not helpful and acted in a manner that would have you think they didn’t want to be working there."

"We absolutely loved this place. Beautiful. Bryson, the manager, was so nice and informative and helpful. Greeted us and showed us around. The architecture of the mansion was exquisite. Our room was so inviting and we had an amazing veranda outside our room. The bed and the pillows were the most comfortable of anywhere we have ever stayed. I highly recommend this place. We will stay here every trip. "

"Such a lovely property! The interior had all the comforts of home, including super soft linens, games, a fully equipped kitchen, and wifi/internet TV. The neighborhood is very walkable. The exterior was not all that charming, as it is on a busy street, and the back yard was off limits due to construction. All understandable and did not diminish the experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Missoula! "
