They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach. "

"Wonderful stay, terrific staff and the best location! Only issue was beds. Not king size bed but two twins which were not fixed together and so kept creating a gap in middle as they drifted apart. Blankets pretty poor quality. Otherwise was a great experience"

The bathroom has what is needed and is clean, but small and tight. The area surrounding the hotel has great options for food and shopping. The hotel is close to the beach and the area is very walkable."
