"This was a very nice hotel with excellent staff. We were very impressed with the room as it was so large. There was a living area, small kitchen, dining area, separate bedroom and a very large balcony. The only bad issue was we could not charge our hybrid car as hotel could not locate the card. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Nice hotel in a beautiful picture postcard area. Room was basic, spacious and clean. There is a restaurant on site but I didn’t get a chance to try it. Small playground outside for kids."

"Well located downtown and on the lakefront. Clean and friendly service. No air conditioning in room and common areas. Good breakfast. No coffee/ tea service or refrigerator in room. Safe box in room didn't work, and not secured to closet."

"Our stay at Villa Alma was remarkable. Sophia was an absolute treasure as the manager of the property. She was there for check in and a tour of the facility, and became our friend during out stay. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and kind. The food was amazing for breakfast and if we need some food at other times. The access to the lake, and all of the facilities were perfect. Best stay we could have imagined. We would come back again without question."

"We boked our order when we saw in the site its 28 km from us. When we understand it ,we tried to cancell but we couldn't ritch your costemer service and the chat with you didnt help. Tried calling servie the nubber send us to flight information. We desided to drive 83 k to the jufa hotel. When we arived at 20:50 they told us that thier is no dinner. Even that it was inclouded in the price. They send us to a local resturant but it was cloused.we went to sleep after they gave us braed and...
