This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. "Good price-service ratio. Rooms are ok, with nice paintings on the walls, bed was confortable, breakfast great. Also good internet connection. Hotel has multiple buildings and rooms divided with keeping in mind privacy (if an issue), with lots of stores and businesses around. Parking is free, but it is near hotel and shared with other businesses and does not have surveillance cameras or guarded, although I was told that it is safe. Rooms are not smoking, but some kind of cigar scent was present....
