"We checked in at 9 pm no one at the desk. 2 singles was a queen bed with 2 duvets for my son and I both over 6 foot. Took turns sleeping on the floor after asking for extra duvets which never arrived nor was the room serviced . Not better than a campsite . Be warned"

"The hotel is a very old fashioned place, frozen in time. Rooms were clean but small and the bathrooms were very tight. However, the breakfast was very good and the city of Monschau is a must see, very picturesque little city, just lovely. Just a warning, everything closes early. "

"The hotel was fine, the service was terrible. We had to wait a long time to check in. We had dinner at the hotel and had to wait for 2 hours get our food, with no apology or compensation. A steak was overcooked and when we pointed this out, the server challenged us and said it was fine. We were so hungry we ate the meal, but would never eat here again."

"The stay at this hotel was overall good. It was found to be clean, warm and comfortable. The owner and staff were all very friendly too. The breakfast was good, but improvements could be made; a better selection of cooked food should be considered. The biggest disappointment however, was the fact that for a €110 room, there were no tea and coffee making facilities. This improvement opportunity was passed on to the owner who was receptive to the request, so hopefully, these facilities will be...

"Scelto per una sosta di passaggio, ci siamo trovati molto bene in quest'hotel, oltre le ns aspettative, e lo terremo in considerazione per viaggi futuri ed anche per un soggiorno più lungo per poter visitare la zona che sembra molto bella."

"Nice place for a family trip, they provide clean bedsheet for additional eur 6/ bed and if you want to clean up the place by your own, you just pay eur2 for a cleaningset packaging. Or bring it your own if you dont want to pay any extra. The swimming pool open only from 10am-12am and 3pm-5pm.It wasn't ideal timing for us because we were out already but we enjoy the place and the surrounding. "
