She treated us like we were a burden, and couldn’t be bothered to make more than one call to get a cab. She said “there are no cabs, sorry” and handed me a phone number and told me “good luck”. I went outside and spoke to a cab driver and got a ride in 5 min. "

"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...

"The Spa/Swimming areas are amazing. Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help. Dinner food ok. Breakfast excellent. Rooms are dated and poorly furnished. Nice area."
