"The Carrington is walking distance from the train and close to everything in Kootomba. The hotel is historic, which means old and needs a bit of a facelift. Some of the staff was outstanding like Shelia, others were just ok. We enjoyed the adjoining restaurant with great food and live music. We even had walked around Scienic World. Overall a good stay 3 Star property that’s very well located. "

"They were remodeling the lobby which will be wonderful when it is done, but the welcome package we got didn't have the wifi password so we were unable to use our phones. There was no one at reception in the late afternoon and we didn't know how to use the television. The room was spotless, clean and comfortable and the next day the receptionist was very helpful!!!!!"
