"We stayed one night after hiking alta via. The rooms were clean but small. Might be an issue if staying longer. Overall great value and good facilities. Unfortunately, pool was unavailble as was being cleaned. Jacuzzi was full of dead bugs and leaves. Sauna and indoor pool was 20€ extra. Unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist, didn't tell us about the facilities or breakfast. We asked to have lunch in the hotel restaurant when waiting for our rooms to be ready. "Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent. We thought this hotel was great value. Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian. We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store! Nevertheless we would definitely stay again. "

"I booked a Tuesday night through this site. It failed to mention that the hotel is closed on Tuesdays. Just a receptionist. At least there was breakfast, which i had doubts about.
