"Great choice in the area to explore both sides of the border. It is much cheaper to stay in Germany than Switzerland. A ten minute walk to the Rheinfelden train station on the Swiss side where you can access all of Switzerland. Breakfast is very good, room is up to date and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive. Elevator is tiny! Several grocery stores nearby. Would like it better if the room to had a fridge. I've stayed here twice and would happily do so again."

"This charming little place was just what we needed to unwind. The room was perfect, with a view that really helped me relax. The area surrounding this hotel is so quaint and lovely, as if you're living inside a movie. The church bells are amazing! The staff are very kind and understanding of my lack of the German language. "I stayed during Art Basel and I liked its location as it was so easy to get to the fair (7 minutes by train and the station is right outside the hotel but hardly any noise). Staff members were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. One thing to point out is that I didn't see a safe in the room. I am definitely coming back to stay here next year. Highly recommend."
