"After having a really bad experience with our previous reservation on the same day from Hotels.com and we told the lady @ check in she went above and beyond to make our room beautiful she put us in beautiful view and a very comfortable room. "I only stayed one night here but it was a great place on a trip to Elk Mountain. Clean, comfortable bed, and spacious room. The front desk staff were friendly, and I didn't try the restaurant but there were a lot of people there and the menu looked great for next time. Breakfast was just a couple things already placed in the room, but enough for me and the coffee was good. Overall great stay at a great price."
