"I stayed here recently on a short break in Lincoln. It’s well located in a quiet area very near the castle. The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly and helpful. Stokes cafe and a great tapas restaurant are just across the courtyard and there’s a large pay and display car park behind the hotel if you drive. "I stayed one night, it is a fabulous building that has been modernised and revamped to a very high standard, it's is right in the centre of Boston with on site parking at £4 for 24 hours. Whilst not 'manned' the telephone was answered quickly and instructions including a map and how to gain access/breakfast etc was sent over immediately. "It’s ok here, for a hotel in a town that has seen better days. A nice big room (8), clean, well maintained with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was more than big enough, with a huge walk in shower. Pity about the spots of dirt and mould in the bottom rear corners. The room even has its own outside sun deck. "A very nice modernised pub. Good bedroom which has a gun cabinet and smart ensuite. Staff were very welcoming showing me to my room. The steak pie for dinner was huge and good despite something being too salty. Good dinner and breakfast menu. The Adam breakfast, a full English, was excellent. "
