"TV in bedroom didn't work "

"Hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, however the food could have been kept warmer. The lady making the made to order omelets was very nice and good at her job. The evening reception was nice, could use a better wine option but hey it’s free so can’t complain. The pool definitely needs work, it looks very dirty but must be stains all over the bottom because it didn’t seem to stir up when people were in it. "

"This is an older property undergoing renovations, but they were discreet and quiet. In fact, our room was freshly renovated. The desk attendant should have told us how to open the door to the room before we gave up trying after about 5 to ten frustrating minutes before making the trek to the front desk to ask for help. Also, the TV was very difficult for me to navigate. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel/room. "

"Good size, clean room, attentive staff, a lot of food and shopping nearby."

"Room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition except for one window that would not close, a bathtub with a hole in it and a slow flushing toilet."

"The place was clean and friendly staff. We were disappointed though that the hot tub was closed and the pool was cold. We were hopeing for a warm up on a cold night. Since there wasnt many guest that night we had to run the water for a good long time before it actually got hot to take a shower but after it got hot there was plenty of hot water. Overall was a good stay and will consider it again when i stay in that area"

"The faucet in the room was really loose, and shower door track could use a good cleaning."
