They had a sign outside directing people to the cafe, but because i was not yet checked in, I had no idea that the cafe was a separate establishment. I knocked and tried the buttons but no one was available. So i tried to see if the doors slid open and the woman who works the front desk came up yelling. "They misplaced my reservation so there was some trouble checking in(I booked it late in the day, and the waitress who was also looking after the front desk didn’t know where to find my reservation info). However the hotel manager who showed up later was super friendly and helpful."

"The rooms are very dated. Beds are not all that comfortable. We had to open and lock the room from the inside with a key that was difficult to use. It took both me and my daughter trying the key before we could get the door opened. We could hear the people in the room beside us talking as if they were in the room with us!"
