Couldn't figure out the heating/cooling unit - could not get it to warm the rooms enough on the cold (25-35 degree days) I was there. "I had to switch rooms after my first night when I discovered that the door lock did not work. They were very accommodating in switching my room. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Housekeeping never came and cleaned my room. Maybe that is normal for a suite, and I certainly don't need my bed made or fresh towels every day, but it would have been nice to have a mid-week freshening with a vacuuming and trash emptied. Breakfast was excellent."
