"Besides the mistake at the front desk, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly. "I got a free upgrade on the room. The amenity in the room was great and very modern including LG cloth styler and whirl pool. Continental breakfast served free.
