Paying with a credit card is hit or miss, sometimes it’s not accepted why who knows. No elevator so hauling luggage up 2 floors not good."

This is unacceptable and this hotel should be removed from any booking site. This seems to be a trend at this hotel. Do not stay here--you will end up having to find a new hotel last minute!"
