"The room is big but there is nothing : no iron,no fridge , even not a bottle of water if offered,no trash in the room except in the bathroom. Beside that it was a normal room. "Convenient for railway station and Old Town. Despite booking a city view, this was not available - claimed to be subject to availability. Bedside lights did not work, no ceiling fan, poor offering of tea bags, no room service, room cleaning haphazard at best - occasional making of bed, failure to clean glasses and mugs. After 3 days, the lights in the elevator failed. When I pointed these issues to the occasional receptionist, I was told that if I didn't like the hotel, I could always find...
