"The staff were very helpful. Our AC unit wasnt working and the night staff got it going for us. I didnt like the drunk that was allowed to hang around in lobby and harrass my 2 young daughters. Staff knew about it but didnt do anything even after i complained. He should have been told to stay in his room or police should have been called. "

"Staff was very helpful. But we booked the hotel because of the pool. We got there at 9.45, the pool closed at 10. Could have squeezed in some pool time the next morning but it didn't open till 10! Do pools have to be closed a certain amount of time? So we didn't even get to see the pool!"
