"You can't beat the location. An easy walk to shopping, pubs and restaurants. Friendly reception much appreciated after a long drive. Room was comfortable with everything you need at hand. Showing its age now but affordable."

"A beautiful property that is clearly under going renovation and refresh. Furniture and fittings in the room are showing signs of age, general cleanliness was good however the bathroom could do with a good clean paying attention to the grouted areas and shower screen which need a good scrub to remove built up dirt and grime."

"Liked the set out of the rooms well stocked bonus courtyard Handy position. A fair bit of rubbish in the back parking area too be fair it was windy. Parking bays a bit tight."

"This is an amazing place! The rooms are even like a castle. Our teenage boys loved it. Lots to do and discover and learn. Included breakfast which was great. Staying in the castle made us feel like we were living in the age. Music playing and gifts shops of the era plus the josting and sword fighting was wonderful. If you go to Melbourne make sure to take the quick trip to Leigh creek to go to Kryal Castle and better still stay the night in the castle."
