"This hotel is an absolute gem in Cala d’Or. Newly renovated, spotlessly clean and cosy. Close to the two beaches to choose from. Nice swimming pool located just at the corner of the main building. If you're looking for a more private and quite place I recommend Ses Puntetes. "

We had tea, coffee and water always available. Parking on the street was super easy generally. "The unique thing about this hotel that this is a chain of hotels which are close to each other. the Inturotel Esmeralda Park has many facilities which are available to the resindents of other Inturotel hotels. It has access to the fantastic individual beach below the swimming pools cascades. A buitiful view. Huge breakfast and dining facilities are available at the Park hotel to all Inturotel visitors. "A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "
