Not that others behaviours are the hotels fault of course. Plenty of food and drink variations; we hired a car and glad we did as others talked of long transfer times etc! But enjoyed our stay /)"

"A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

"We had a great time at club Hotel cala ratjada. Nice food. Lot to choose from. That staff in the restaurant was lovely. Especially Miriam, Paqita and Florencia. Thay always have us great attention. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and when we had a small issue with our door lock they fixed it straight away. "Had a wonderful week-long stay in Can Picafort. The staff were really friendly, the hotel was spotless, breakfast had a huge choice and the location was perfect for all amenities. Parking is the only issue (not the fault of the hotel) but we always found somewhere nearby. A perfect place to relax, unwind and explore the island away from tacky clubs and drunken Brits! Highly recommend!"
