"I appreciate that the hotel offer coffee and tea, 24hours as well as complimentary breakfast. The hotel as per usual, is very clean, beds very comfortable. It’s the only hotel while in Mexico that I was able to sleep uninterrupted. Love Holiday Inn Express. Oh and the shuttle to the airport was the icing on th me cake."

"The food at this hotel is delicious, only issue is that I couldn’t download the menu and when I walked over to reception, the receptionist wasn’t much help, in spite of my Spanish being perfect. The WiFi was glitchy and slow. However, I was able to place a pool service order directly with the restaurant and everything after was perfect. The waiters and employees were very friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool and arrachera nachos that were absolutely delicious. Will definitely stay at...

"Great stay. Location is good, very close to the Chapala lake and with some eating options around the area within walking distance. Staff was great, very friendly!. The hotel was very clean and the pool and garden areas very well maintained. We had breakfast and it was delicious and affordable. The only inconvenient I had was that the coffee machine inside the room didn't work, but I reported it at check-out and I saw that they quickly addressed the issue, so hopefully the next guests won't have...

The room was beautiful, the pool the perfect temperature to cool down and the staff just lovely and so helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
