"I stayed for a few nights. The location is an easy walk to the main area but also enough away to be nice and quiet at night. The bus stop for the airport bus is very close by which was handy (it comes every 15mins) so I didn't need a taxi either way. My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The bed was comfortable. Only thing was the water temperature in the shower/bath was a bit inconsistent, wasn't a big deal though. They have a kettle you can use in the room but you need to ask for it from...

"basic room but that reflects the very reasonable price. Had no coffee making facilities but the staff gave us a kettle and cups as soon as we asked. Room cleaned and replenished daily, bed was clean and comfortable. Very close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Yes you could hear some noise at times but its city centre so was expecting that. I would stay here again as the price is hard to beat in this area."

"The hotel is a small part of a big residential building, it’s a different experience than other hotels but when we visited ( January ) it was just perfect, it was not too busy, it was mostly locals and we thoroughly enjoyed the sunny days. Great sea view from the malvenu and even better from the lobby, the restaurant is very small- be aware that you need to state what time you’ll be having dinner as they can’t accommodate more than their capacity for dinner. "The staff were great, I used the gym which was in the quiet and suited me. The hotel is just of the main N332 very convenient for getting around if you had a car. 30 minutes walk to the Harbour. I would stay again. "

"We were really pleased with standard of room and amenities. Very comfortable bed and a great shower. The coffee and cakes were an added bonus. Check in was easy as was departure considering there is no staff in the building. The whole place was very clean and modern. A little street noise to be aware of if you are a light sleeper but we wouldnt let that put us off staying again."

"Cool apartment hotel I liked it! I have long wanted to find something in the center of Alicante and something new not old. I spent the night here twice, once for work, the second time with my family! I liked everything. Clean, cozy, modern, everything smelled like spruce on New Year's Eve, there is a recreation area in the lobby where you can sit, drink coffee and meet your neighbors. "Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "El personal son excelentes,y saben responder a cualquier duda o pregunta con profesionalidad y amabilidad.Conocen bien la zona y la ciudad.El servicio de limpieza también es bueno. Sería muy difícil,pues,imposible que encontrases otro hotel con relación precio-calidad tan bueno como Hotel Leuka. Está bien situado, cerca de Luceros,de la estación tranvía y del centro. No te cuesta mucho esfuerzo llegar a la playa y al castillo tampoco. "

Great sea view from the malvenu and even better from the lobby, the restaurant is very small- be aware that you need to state what time you’ll be having dinner as they can’t accommodate more than their capacity for dinner. Breakfast a quite basic but it’s ok for the price. Breakfast and dinner unfortunately is mostly ultra processed foods. Not much Spanish as well. Our fussy kids didn’t touch it, they lived on French fries. We traveled around with taxi- cheap and easy, a trip to St Barbara Castle was €8, to the airport 28€. "

Best budget hotel

"Friendly staff and easy check in. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good value and I always stay here when I visit Alicante. Only a 15 min walk to centre unlike some other well known budget hotels which are much further out of Alicante. Bus stop for Airport bus is extremely close to the hotel."
