"We enjoyed our stay. We had a room in the Annex. It was a disabled access room which we do not need with a very small sink which was not fit for purpose for us. No mirror in the bedroom. Blinds unfortunately let the street lighting in. We were only there for a couple of nights if it had been longer we would have requested to move. "

The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. "This was just an amazing place to stay with our dog. They even had a dog bowl and a doggy treat in the room. All the staff and owners were so friendly and helpful. The grounds are safe for dog walking. We had a perfect stay"
