"We had wonderful stay at Rangyul resort. The place is newly completed and the environment is beautiful. We spent a night while on the way to Leh and found this place is quiet and away from the busy streets."

"The hotel advertised its room as a luxury accommodation which was not the case. The room was ill insulated (a big gap underneath the door, a broken window, and no window in the bathroom), and without any in-room heating when the Kargil temperatures were below the freezing point. It was very cold at night and we had to wear our winder jackets throughout the night. While the service was nice and friendly, it was a disappointing stay as none of the advertised amenities were working: no wifi, no TV,...

"Considering the price of a room here; it was extremely overpriced. There were only 2 hrs of electricity during my stay here. Room amenities were bare bone with no amenities except 2 small pieces of soap; no bottled water, only an empty water pitcher. There was a hole in my front window about the size of a grapefruit that had been covered with masking tape that had peeled off; they corrected that problem by covering the hole with aluminum foil when I complained.
