"The location of the hotel was good and staff were polite.The bed & room was clean. we only had the chance to dine at the restaurant on the last day as it was rather small and could only fit a certain number of people at each time. The hotel staff recommended restaurant nearby, matsya which had a very nice spread of veg food.There is some odour at the walkway and bathroom, maybe the management can fix that in the future. Overall it was a comfortable stay. "

"Definitely those is not good for family. First of all the property was not cleaned and we had to wait for 15 mines in lobby. Lift was smelling a lot. Though room was spacios as described it was not clean at all. Mirrors in room are terrible. I see insects were also there. AC remote won't work. It stays in 18 only. Flush were always leaking and floor was slippery. Manager helped with additional mat, that was the only positive. I don't recommend for family."

"First the positive: The staff are helpful. They have good Wifi. Now for the negative: If you paid for the With Breakfast option, They don’t tell you need to take that you need to get a coupon from the front desk. Make sure to request for your breakfast coupon before going down to the restaurant. They are independent entities. If you don’t get the coupon, then you will have to pay out of pocket. Also it’s advertised that they offer laundry services but they don’t. "

"1. New property and all were in great condition. 2. The staff were very approachable and friendly 3. They should think about having the USB ports in the room for charging, the devices. They have thought through all the options and missed the USB ports for the rooms 4. Orbitz mentioned that the breakfast as an included option, but apparently you need to select a package for free breakfast.
