"This property is great... all in all. They did miss that we had a booking for 3 of us in one room. So I had to call them to get an extra mattress. They also had us down as 2 ppl instead of 3 on the breakfast list as well. "

"Everything was good. Hose keeping was excellent. Hotel drivers were excellent. Saw a cockroach in the dining food area. Couldn't take a picture. Handling of wet food with bare hands in one of the live counters. Shuttle service could be better. I think I was lied to for the 45 minutes delay in the shuttle to pick us up. Lying is not appreciated from front desk staff."
