Lucas got me taken care of and pointed out places to eat and drink and showed me to my room and was a great help! The staff were all great! "Perfect location overlooking the river. The views were amazing! Close to everything. The room was a good size and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Despite location, the window system blocks out noise from outside. I went for 4/5 for 2 reasons. 1: I found I kept picking up blonde hairs on my socks but I am brunette so the floor must not have been cleaned properly. 2: the shower dripped half the night which disturbed my sleep.
