"We keep saying we won't go there again but this time we mean it. It is very conveniently place on the edge of a large retail park. The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. There hsve been problems in the past with the door locks do now they have installed a key sytem but unfortunately the key is vrry dtiff and it is difficult to...

"Very disappointed to find no lift in Hotel, we both have mobility issues, which made us basically room bound, as we were on 2nd floor. room was very poorly maintained, painted wall were very poorly done, by amateurs by the looks of it. Electrical wires were not secure to the wall in stairwell. paper cups for Tea and Coffee were so flimsy, and small, when hot they basically went vet soft, and were dangerous to handle. Avoid this place like the plague."

The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. "A lovely 3* hotel. Immaculately clean, well presented and with excellent service. The fit out of the rooms is new and well maintained; it is a little functional (rather than boutique), in keeping with many modern hotels, but is enhanced by lots of little touches of colour and style (paintings, bed runners, etc). The beds were very comfortable. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent (but if you want frog legs, you'll need to order those in advance!)"

"Fabulous hotel in the heart of Burgundy. I stayed in the annexe, just around the corner from the hotel, but in a quiet street. The room was amazing, I sat room, really comfortable bed, separate room with sofa and tv, amazing shower room with separate toilet. Dinner was superb, the cuisine is outstanding, a great wine list - and the owners are so friendly. It’s a great place to walk around and I’d definitely like to go again. Thank you for a brilliant stay. "
