The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . "We loved our stay, the staff were super accommodating, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and they went over and above to accommodate for my dietary requirements. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the slopes and the ski lockers were very useful. We would recommend to stay here, the breakfast has a good range of choices and there are several bars and restaurants next to the hotel. "

"Marc at the front desk was one of the nicest attendants I’ve come across in my travels. The hotel is a bit older, but that is part of being in Andorra. It could use some small updates though. "This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night."

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "

"The views from the apartment were amazing, you could see the mountains. The apartment was very clean and neat. We had 2 washrooms which was amazing for us, as we were 5 people. The necessities were also very handy. Heating system also worked really amazing as it was very cold and chilly at night. The area was very calm and green, restaurants could be found by walking 6-10 minutes from the apartment. Checkin was very smooth too. It definitely lived up to our expectations."
