"I stay in a lot of Courtyards and overall they are great. This was I was surprised to find put us in a room with a hole in the shower wall. Looked like someone had punched it and the tile was all broken. The hooks to hang towels were also all broken. When I called the front desk to make sure they know and wanted us using a broken shower they said it was fine. I was concerned about water now making things worse but they did not seem to care."

"The staff was amazing! Adrian (front desk) went out of his way to find me the perfect room (quiet and far away from the elevator). Kelly (front desk) was very personable and had excellent customer service skills - she arranged to get me coffee for my room, and late housekeeping services . Then there was Nati (housekeeper), who was very cheerful and cleaned my room spotless. The only negative was the jacuzzi and firepit were out of service when I arrived, but the happy hour was great and I loved...
